My new fav recipe / Môj nový obľúbený recept

You know those mornings when you wake up with an idea to try to do something knew. The same happened to me this morning, so I decided to make some cake. :)


Poznáte ten pocit, keď sa ráno zobudíte s myšlienkou, že chcete spraviť niečo nové. To isté sa stalo mne toto ráno, tak som sa rozhodla spraviť koláč. :)




This cake really made my morning today, its just delicious. You should try to do it as well. :) You can find the recipe at the bottom of this post. Its so super easy that I'm still amazed. All it took was just 10 minutes :)


Tento koláč mi naozaj urobil krásne ráno, je vynikajúci. Mali by ste ho vyskúšať aj Vy. :) Pripájam nižšie recept ak by ste ho chceli vyskúšať. Je neskutočne jednoduchý až som prekvapená. Zobralo mi to len 10 minút. :)


Recipe: Unbaked choco bomb / Recept: Nepečená čoko bomba


Ingredients:

  • 18 dkg crackers

  • 8 dkg butter

  • 25 dkg mascarpone

  • 125 g low fat curd

  • 20 dkg chocolate (milk + dark chocolate)

  • 3 spoons of sugar

  • blueberries, raspberries

Crush crackers on flour and mix it with soft butter. Put it on the bottom of your round form (18cm) and put it to fridge to rest. Mascarpone, curd and sugar mix with mixer. Melt the chocolate in a water bath, afterwards add chocolate to your mascarpone cream, mix. Take out from fridge cracker base, put on it handful of blueberries, afterwards put on all cream and on top add some raspberries. Put to fridge for at least 3 hours. After take a knife, put knife to hot water and go around the corners of the form. Put the form down and enjoy the cake. :)


Suroviny:

  • 18 dkg keksíkov

  • 8 dkg masla

  • 25 dkg mascarpone

  • 125 g nízkotučný tvaroh

  • 20 dkg čokolády (mliečna+horká)

  • 3 lyžice cukru

  • čučoriedky, maliny

Keksíky si rozdrvíme a spojíme s mäkkým maslom. Natlačíme na dno 18cm formy a dáme do chladničky. Mascarpone, tvaroh a cukor vymiešame mixérom. Čokoládu roztopíme vo vodnom kúpeli a pridáme k mascarpone krému. Na keksíkový základ dáme za hrsť čučoriedok, zalejeme krémom a vrch ozdobíme malinami. Dáme do chladničky na 3 hodiny. Po vychladnutí zoberieme nôž namočíme do teplej vody a prejdeme ním popri stene formy a dáme okraj dole. Dobrú chuť. :)
